10/28/ Learning Reflection

What I learned in the past week in business class was all about resumes and how your resume should look . How your resume should look if your going on a job interview . We also learned about the jobs we want and how hard we have too work in school and get good grades too get that job . The good colleges they have for you if your grades are up there. We talked about how to sell yourself in life. We also talked about how to get into colleges and how there are many different colleges out in many different states . There's a lot of jobs you can get after graduating high school / still being in high school . I Learned how your suppose to look or dress for an interview . 

10/18 Learning Reflection

In The Last few days / weeks we have been doing flyers and creating flyers . Creating Our own business flyers and advertising our new items or our new business on the flyers so people can come and check it out . We have also been working in groups and helping each other out . We also have been grading each others work and seeing what we got wrong and correcting it for one another. We was seeing what we can improve in or what we need help in . By helping each other is a good way because we can learn from our mistakes and learn off of our partner .

My Digital Footprint

A Digital Footprint too me is something about yourself , more like all information about you . If you have Facebook and your going in for a job interview the people at the job that your going to work for can easily search you up and see everything your writing and everything people is posting about you . Also with other social networks such as Twitter , Instagram and etc.So before you go for a job make sure you check everything you own like all the websites you own. Make sure your page is private , pictures are appropriate and the friends you have on it are not criminals and etc. On my Facebook i don't accept everybody i hardly accept people at all. My pictures are private and my page is private too . I can improve my Digital Footprint by making sure everything i post is appropriate and everything my friends post or tag me in are appropriate too .

Academic Integrity and Plagiarism

I learned that  if you have to write a report on somebody famous or write a quote from a book , you cannot write exactly the same thing they put. If you write exactly the same thing, you have to put quotation marks around it or put the author's name you got it from at the end. Otherwise if you don't do that you can get into serious trouble by the law . You can also get ex spelled from school if you copy and paste everything about your topic .  Basically that is called Plagiarism. What is Academic? Well every time i hear the word Academic i think of school and Education and how going to school and getting a education is good for you. You need a education to do good in life or be something very successful in life.Now when i hear the word Integrity i always think about a person who is very Confident  , has strong morals , always being honest , Somebody that feels good about themselves . 

A Blog

A Blog is a personal website that people post things about them and how there feeling at the moment . Blogging is very popular , people blog about things every day all over the world . A lot people use Twitter for blogging . Twitter is very known for blogging and posting things about people and yourself. I don't follow anybodies blog . I'm really new to blogging. But i just realized that Twitter is kind of different from blogging . With Twitter you tweet all day on one page . But with blogging you have to go to different people's pages and blog different stuff . You can post pictures , use a podcast , post videos etc. When you have all that stuff it makes your blog look better.
